We are in-network with MOST insurances. However, some insurance reimbursements are too low to uphold our standard of quality patient care. For this reason, the following insurance plans we are OUT-of-network with.

Just because we are out of network, does NOT mean you can't be seen at our office.
Please keep in mind, we can still see you as an out-of network patient, or you could consider one of the following options:
1. Continue seeing us as an out-of-network with slightly higher copays.
2. Speak with our front office team about switching to another insurance company that we are in-network with.
3. Consider ending your dental insurance completely and join our office membership plan. (only eligible if you have no insurance)
